Change account to my sons name as it’s for his phone

I’ve had this contract for my son for several years, now would like to transfer it to his name and not sure how to do this. Keep the same number but he may wish to change the sim as is now sim only. Perhaps to a cheaper tariff once transferred to his name

please can you  advise how I can do this

Your son would have to take out a new contract in his name and pass the credit checks

It would then be possible to migrate the present number over to the new contract
