Two days ago I got a contract for a new phone and was told that it would take up to 24hrs to transfer my old number to the new sim. It's been over 48hrs and my number sill is not being recognised how long does it usually take?

@Leona844

It's 2 working days but the weekends don't count. Earliest will be Monday but with it being Christmas it may not change until the 27th .

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
