Roaming in Austria? no data network at all with O2...

Hey, I am in Austria since Thursday and cannot get data with my O2 sim card on an Iphone (independent if I use iphone 5s or 6s). Roaming is on. And it does not work with network selection on automatic as well as choosing one of the common austrian providers 3, A1, ... With a german sim card everything works. what is wrong with O2? Please give me your recommendations! hgg

Call customer service as there may be a roaming bar on your account. Check phone settings to see if there is one there too.

Also try cleaning the sim.

Try changing your data apn to “mobile.o2.co.uk”
