I’m trying to use the swap sim functioning the O2 app (having just received a new SIM) however, how am I meant to enter the 6 digit code you’re sending me over text when I don’t have any mobile data signal??

You will need to call customer services in that case on 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

Or you may get live chat at https://www.o2.co.uk/contact
