Hi, I was hoping for some help please as I’m out of my contract and want to instead change to PAYG. How do I stop my monthly tariff? I’ve checked on my O2 app but it doesn’t seem to have the option to cease it, only change it - to a PAYG far more expensive than I can get elsewhere so just need to know how to stop the monthly one please? Any help gratefully received. Thank you

Huge thanks MI5 - so am I right in thinking I don’t need to give notice as I’m out of contract, I should wait till near the end of my current tariff month (so I get the most use of this as it’s already paid?) before installing new O2 PAYG SIM?

Best to wait until you are near the end of your contract. There will less to pay then.

You have 30 days to use your PAC code if moving elsewhere.

It matters not when you change as you will be refunded for any part of the month not used if already paid for.
