I pay monthly charge for picture messages but this monthly been charged separately for each picturewhen I pay monthly add on for 50 picture messages

No signal

I have minimul to no signal where I am how is that even tho there's a signal tower pretty much over the road? It's pathetic if this carries on I will have to cancel my services as I can't use them half of the time anyway

I want to change my spend cap, however whenever I try calling 202, I get told calls can’t be taken at the moment and when I go on live chat, it says I’m outside the opening hours. How can I change it without speaking to someone? Thanks

Hi, i have a current contract with o2 and i am a blue light card holder meaning i am eligible for 25% off my airtime. Does any one know if this is only for new contracts or can this be applied to current contract?
