Stealing money from account

Why does O2 take money from your pay and go account for data use you don't ask for. They don't give you an option to decline it. It's a form of stealing from your account

Data roaming only applies when you're abroad. There should also be an option for Mobile Data/Packet Data for you to disable.

Pull down the notification bar and disable "Mobile Data". This will stop the data connection in the UK. As others have said, "Roaming" is for when abroad.

You can't help duplicating answers, especially when it's such an obvious one as can be seen by the volume of correct answers! slight_smile

Why people just won't ask for help before making silly accusations I do not know! Smiley Indifferent

Ok.

The faster she acts the less credit will be used.

The shop should be able to assist.

It really doesn't sound like the phone is suitable for her needs, but yes, if she can't work it out an O2 shop or any independent phone shop is the best idea.

So you've accused O2 of stealing money from someone who owns a phone that isn't even yours and doesn't know how to use it. Have I got that right?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
