I’ve been a big Duolingo user for years, so I was really excited to see the O2 Priority offer for a free 3-month upgrade to Duolingo Max. I’ve always wanted to try it out and see if it’s worth the money.
Unfortunately, I accidentally redeemed the offer using the wrong email (my Gmail account linked to my Android phone) instead of my main Hotmail account, which I’ve always used for Duolingo. This created a new account I didn’t want. I deleted that account and tried again, but the system won’t let me redeem the offer a second time, even though I haven’t actually been able to use it on my real account.
Is there a way to apply the Duolingo Max offer to my existing Hotmail-linked Duolingo account instead?

I would speak to Duolingo Support, as you have redeemed the offer so it has nothing to do with o2.. Im sure if you explain it to them they should move it, but its upto them not o2.
