Sim swap/Phone Repair

Anonymous
Not applicable

I recently sent off my current phone for repair, i have placed my sim in the phone i had before the one ive sent to get fixed, when at the shop i choose "By Call" under the option of how id liked to be updated about my phone, thinking thatd be fine, ive be able to send texts fine and use mobile data, but today i noticed i had a voicemail, tryed to call it didnt dial out or anything no sound what so ever, turns out i cant make or receive calls which is annoying because im not going to get any updates about my phone, is there a way to sort this or anything? thanks

If you call customer services from a landline or another phone, they can update your contact options for you and check why you can't make calls on your account.
