Sim swap 4G set up

I’ve just swapped my SIM cards over as I’ve changed my contracts. The instructions mentioned once the swap is complete I need complete the 4G set up I’ve just tried this and there’s an error in the page. Does anyone have to the link to get me back to this page as I’ve now lost it. Thanks

You don't need to set it up. As long as you have a 4G phone, a 4G simcard and 4G is enabled on your account, you will automatically be connected to 4G. Forget the set up page.

That’s assuming customer service have put you on the correct data package.
If not you’ll have to call them to get it changed.

You’ll be fine if you are seeing 4g on your phone but it’s not unknown for customers to be put on the wrong data package for their type of phone.
