i signed up to a sim only deal it was free for 6 months and then £6 per month after that, but on My account it's showing paying of £6 from February

Wow I went through to live chat window and the customer service was so bad, the agent left the chat without telling me and I was waity for a reply for 20 mins, their was no indication the chat window was inactive..
