Hello I have done a sim swap and had it arranged for today. My number has been updated and has been changed to O2 but still not able to use the sim to call or receive calls. Any help please?

Keep rebooting phone.
It can take up to 24 hours to fully change over.
If needed, you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

A sim swap is for O2 to O2.
As you appear to be porting in, the process is described in this guide Guide: Migration & porting into O2
However, from what you say it all appears to be happening anyway, so hang tight and contact O2 tomorrow if rebooting doesn't help.
