Mobile number on bill is incorrect

We used to pay Virgin direct but the new bill shows the incorrect mobile number and no mention of my wifes mobile, what do I do?

I assume you both now have O2 SIM cards? Or is one on O2 and the other still Virgin?

Most likely one showing the temporary number before your Virgin number transfer.

We are all customers here so I suggest contacting O2
