Sim Network Puk code

Hi i am trying to unlock my Samsung S6 phone from O2 UK so i can put in a Vodafone Irish Sim Card.
When i install the Vodafone Sim Card, the Phone asks for the Sim Network PUK Code as the phone is locked to O2UK.
I have the sim card puk code which is not the same ask the Sim Card PUK.
I have also recieved the unlatch code.
But the first step is the Sim Network PUK code which i am struggling to get any help from O2 UK
Has anyone any idea how to get the Network PUK?

I’ve even reiterated your statement but seems like the OP won’t take the advice

It’s blocked you’ve attenpted this too many times. 

You will have been told not to enter the code in more than 3 times as entering it incorrectly 3 times perminantly blocks the device. 

This phone is now perm locked to O2 and there would be nothing that could be done unless a phone shop can do so.
