Hi i am trying to unlock my Samsung S6 phone from O2 UK so i can put in a Vodafone Irish Sim Card.
When i install the Vodafone Sim Card, the Phone asks for the Sim Network PUK Code as the phone is locked to O2UK.
I have the sim card puk code which is not the same ask the Sim Card PUK.
I have also recieved the unlatch code.
But the first step is the Sim Network PUK code which i am struggling to get any help from O2 UK
Has anyone any idea how to get the Network PUK?

Just to be clear i have checked again and the phone has the following displayed;

I have the Sim Card PUK code and have also recieved an unlatch code from O2, But i need the Sim Network PUK code before i can proceed.

Sounds to me like your phone is blocked due to too many incorrect attempts to unlock it.
If so, you'll never get the NCK off O2 as they don't know what you're talking about. A mobile repair shop or market stall might be your only option.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

When i put an O2 sim card back in, it works. The phone is blocked to Non O2 sim cards. (O2 is fine)
I went to a phone repair shop and got the following;

Sim NETWORK PUK needed, not the Sim CARD PUK

NETWORK PUK needed to register unlock code.

Phone has been blocked for unlock.

This has to be got from Network carrier. I.e O2

This is the last time i will ever have a phone locked to a network, not worth it.

In that case your phone will still be locked to o2 & will need to be unblocked as per the advice above

I understand the phone is still locked to O2 and i have followed the above links, but they only provide the Sim CARD Puk code and the unlatch code. (Both 8 digit numbers)

The above advice/links does not answer how to get the Sim NETWORK Puk

I need the Sim Network Puk code before i can proceed and O2 need to provide this, but they are playing dumb when i contact them.

I’ve offered you lots of advice here, you have been advised to visit a mobile repair shop or stall if O2 don’t give it to you

It’s blocked as I said above due to too many incorrect unlock attempts.
It’s useless on anything but o2 unless you can get a phone shop to unblock it.
