I have just spent an hour trying to get the returns lable address from your live chat I gave her all my security details and some more and she still wouldn't part with it , I made arrangements with 02 on the phone to send a phone back for repair and I wrote the address down wrong and all I wanted was for her to give me the address and an hour down the line she still wouldn't part with it i could not have given her any more security details because she had them all I think she was being awkard towards me now what do I do I have no returns lable to send the phone back I have a repair number but that's not much good is it can anyone help me please many thanks
