Hi,
I'm kicking myself, I went to stockport O2 to upgrade to the S24 Ultra with switch up, I've just now seen the offers and the contract that I'm on is a barmy £20 cheaper a month!, I've had this phone for about 7 days, can I use the 14 day cooling off period to return this phone (in store - does it have to be the same store?) and then get a new contract with switch up with the black friday offer?

However, knowing O2, it couild all go horribly wrong.
You might be better off contacting O2 to see if they will discount your current tariff.

Do you think they'd discount it? That would seem awfully straight forward I'd think?
I tried to ask about this on their chat but they're not much help on the chat, wanted me to call 202 but I can't call at the moment.
