Can you return an upgrade to any store within the first 14 days 

 

The clowns at Trafford centre store refused my change of mind and spoke to me like dirt I'm not happy and want to return the device then get my PAC code can't even make a return over the phone or via the app

 

Tempted to post the phone to their return address without booking a return followed with a letter of conplaint had enough of O2 and their incompetence

As far as I know you can return it to any store

However other stores may not be open to dealing with a return bought elsewhere

You need to contact customer service
