O2 billing an absolute joke!

I was told by one advisor that my bill for leaving O2 for a mid contract price rise would be zero. I then get a bill for £61.

After several phone calls to India, I reluctantly agree to meeting O2 half way just to end this fiasco and get an email saying it is being reviewed, I have heard nothing from O2 for well over a month now.

Customer service is an absolute joke.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Did you leave within 30 days of getting the notification of the price rise?

Yes, that's why my bill was advised as £0.00
