Resolved! Keeping my number

I have just signed up to start a contract with 02 but I need PAC code so i can keep my number i have now, we have asked my provider to switch but we can't get any further forward a code has not been send, can someone please let me know the next steps...

Cancelled phone contract end bill

So as the title states I have cancelled one of my o2 contracts as I have 2 upon closing is they sent me a email telling me my bill was £24 and that I also had £42 outside of my call plan that will be debited from my account on the 26th which is today...
