Overdue payment

I've just had a note that my payment is overdue. Why was it not automatically taken from my account as it has been in the past? There is plenty of money in there.

Can't access my 02

Everytime I try and access my02 it says there's a problem and to either wait 48 hours or contact customer services. Every time I change the password it does it over and over.
