Resolved! Phone contract

My phone contract is up in January I owe £80.00 but my air time is up in February. If I pay my phone off do I still have to my air time. I'm moving to a different network.Thanks dave

Ported to 02 today service unavailable

I have no phone service you are sending me texts to confirm my identify security how can I get the texts if service ha not working I activated my eSIM I am registered disabled and live alone I cannot be without a phone service this is appalling
