I have returned a phone that i ordered but I didn't like it. Its returned and I have confirmation to say it was there. I am now trying to cancel payments on the returned. They said I didn't have my surname right? Now unless I made a typo I only have my real name? I'm not sure what to do now? I have paid the bill even though it was sent back straight away so I don't have a bill really? Any suggestions?
