I lost my phone today and need a replacement sim. I am on a sim only contract but can only find info about replacing the device. Anyone know if i can get a sim with the same number or do i need to cancel the old one and get a new one?

The first thing you need to do is report the loss of the phone asap

Once you have received the sim you will need to contact customer service again to get the lost/stolen bar removed. Just thought to clarify that for you.
