At the Weekend I misplaced my sim card whilst decorating my bedroom and still have not been able to locate it. I am looking to get a replacement sim and am just struggling to get it done through the o2 website.

Hi @JohnJ
IIf you have lost a sim or device you have to report it via this link https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/ba-p/1023988
Then you will be sent a new sim after they have barred the one lost...
So you need to call customer services via this link Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Best of luck and welcome to the forum
