I sent my phone to o2 to get my screen repaired and they've now had it for nearly a week.
Every time I ask them they say, 3 days, 3 days.
It has now been 5 days.

I've been checking that every day and it hasn't changed since the 17th.
I just want my phone back!
Will o2 compensate me for the extra days they are taking with free airtime!

Well it's been a week now and it still hasn't been repaired. They have given me a £10 credit but the repair service is rubbish.

@Anfieldrat Normally we advise going to get a repair straight from the manufacturer of the device as O2 repairs aren’t the greatest as you have found out
