I want to upgrade to a Note 9, but don't want to go onto a refresh contract. The only reason for this is my employer will pay for bill each month, so if it's refresh then I will be paying the device side. It would be silly of me to go down that route if employer is willing to pay the bill. Does anyone think this is possible on o2, without me having to go through carphonewarehouse?

Not possible from O2 directly but any 3rd party seller will do it.
You're not restricted to CPW.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
