Hello
I received an email on 3rd February to advise my contract is changing and moving away from RPI+3.9% and moving to a standard £1.80 increase from April. Along with increases to out of bundle charges.
Further down the email or explains I can cancel my contract within 30 days due to these changes which I do not agree to. They also contravene my contract terms I agreed to in June 2024 which was RPI + 3.9%.
My monthly cost is 4.79, so a 1.80 increase is a 37%
I have spoken to 202 and they are adamant ETFs apply, however it is O2 amending the contract and I do not consent. So I wish to cancel my service without ETFs applying.
Can a forum manager please assist as I feel I'm going round in circles with call centre.

Everyone is having the same problems as no one bothered to train the service agents.
You need to call payment management.
