I had my phone repaired by o2 but when they returned the phone to me
they didn't return my sim to me. How can I get a new sim but keep my
existing number.
I sent my phone to o2 to get my screen repaired and they've now had it
for nearly a week. Every time I ask them they say, 3 days, 3 days. It
has now been 5 days.
I've been checking that every day and it hasn't changed since the 17th.I
just want my phone back!Will o2 compensate me for the extra days they
are taking with free airtime!
