I had my phone repaired by o2 but when they returned the phone to me they didn't return my sim to me. How can I get a new sim but keep my existing number.

Hi @Anfieldrat

Quickest way is to pop instore and get one after explaining the circumstances. You will need ID and proof of ownership.

You could also call customer services, though you would need to wait for the sim to arrive. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Call customer service or pop in store but you should have removed it first

The store can't supply a replacement sim and will put you on to customer service.

Call them and report the sim lost as it needs to be blocked.

They will post you a replacement with your number already on but once received you need to call again to get the block on your account removed.
