Registering a phone to top-up on-line

How do i register my wifes phone for top-up on line with the same e-mail address as my phone, i've tried with a different password but a "FAIL" icon shows at this stage and i can't progress.

If anyone has had this problem and solved it, i'd be greatfull for any assistance.

You don't need to register to top up online. Just go to O2.co.uk/topup
