First time O2 customer with pay as you go sim and can not seems to be able to topup.
I have been trying from one week to try and topup.
When trying online through MyO2 using the debit card I get error stating:
'Sorry, it’s not been possible to take your payment. Your phone has not been topped up. Please try again or use another card. If the problem continues you’ll need to contact your bank.'
Purchased a £10 pound voucher from shop and when trying over the phone to topup a recorded voice message comes up that there is a problem with voucher topup system.
Can not find any phone number to call O2 and can not find a way to topup the sim....
Any suggestions....
