I have 2 mobiles , both pay monthly with 02. Only 1 shows in the app and my online account.
I tried adding the second mobile to the account but I got a message saying ‘this device is already registered to an 02 account’.
anyone know how to fix this as I don’t remember registering the other mobile and if so have no idea of log in details as my email address is already used for the one I have access to.

You will need to talk to O2 to get the second phone account sorted - an billing/MyO2 account used to be created by default when you got a new contract phone.
O2’s customer service team can be called, on 202 or 0344 809 0202 just after 8am.
