I am currently in China, Called my credit card company and my bank both 03 numbers from here,
I was charged £90 even though when I Landed i got a text saying "Use your phone as normal for £5 per day..."
I called o2 and they told me they would qeurie it and contact me within 1 week via email.
Its been more than 2 weeks, still no response from them & I have been a customer who has never missed a payment for 4 years or even contacted o2 (even though my bill has been higher than agreed every month!).
My phone is ready for an upgrade to an iphone 7+ and it will not be happening until this is resolved.
No email support & live chat tells me to go into an o2 shop, the nearest one is 5000 miles away????
Leaving o2 if someone does not get in touch with me ASAP.

Hi @Anonymous You need to ring customer services again. This is a community forum and no one from here will be able to answer your account based query. There is no email support for O2 but you can call from abroad with the number in this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

ian, you need to contact complaints and log this, Customer services are wet! if you go via complaints you wioll get a responce within 5 working days and they are good and on your side!
