Advent Calendar Campaign Discount Code

Hi O2 Community,

 

I clicked on one of the campaign images within MyO2 app, which opened a browser and brought me to the Advent Calendar campaign webpage. There were a couple of discount codes for £50 discount off buying refurbished Samsung A13 or A14. However, when I tried to used them as per the Terms & Conditions, I get prompted with the following error message after typing it in in the "Got a promo code?" section of the basket screen "This promo code can't be used with this order. Remove it to continue."

 

Anybody had the same issue? 

 

I tried contacting O2 but hitting brick walls ...

  • messaged Social Media team via X (Twitter), including screenshots - 72 hours now, but no response
  • chat via MyO2 app > Support > Start a conversation - agent said they can't resolve this on chat and directed me to call 202
  • called customer service on the phone - was informed "discount code is not valid

🙄I know this is not an O2 customer service channel, but I suppose I'm just venting?

 

Anyhow, happy Friday if you've read this far!
