Hi O2 Community,
I clicked on one of the campaign images within MyO2 app, which opened a browser and brought me to the Advent Calendar campaign webpage. There were a couple of discount codes for £50 discount off buying refurbished Samsung A13 or A14. However, when I tried to used them as per the Terms & Conditions, I get prompted with the following error message after typing it in in the "Got a promo code?" section of the basket screen "This promo code can't be used with this order. Remove it to continue."
Anybody had the same issue?
I tried contacting O2 but hitting brick walls ...
🙄I know this is not an O2 customer service channel, but I suppose I'm just venting?
Anyhow, happy Friday if you've read this far!
