Pay Monthly Sim - Delivery address isn't on the list!

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi folks,

I'm having some issues with the delivery address page when trying to purchase a Pay Monthly sim card. I live in an apartment, number 89, but when entering my postcode, the list only reaches 79!

I tried continuing, but on the next page for confirming payment details, it states my address as 79, so it can't be fudged like that.

Is there any way of getting around this, please, that anyone knows of?

Many thanks in advance,

Adam

Another out of date o2 system?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes the address system never seems to be updated with Royal Mail. It's always been a problem for new build homes or flat owners.

Thanks for the replies.

I have just given O2 a call and it transpires that, whilst my address is on the Royal Mail lists, it's not included in O2's database, for whatever reason.

They're completing a form to add it to their list, which should take up to 5 working days, at which point it will reflect both on the customer service lists, and online.

Thanks again for your responses, and hopefully this helps anyone else having the same issue.
