Proof of purchase.

Hello. I bought samsung galaxy S20 and I would like to order a free samsung galaxy buds plus. So i need to download a proof of purchase. I can not find where to download it. All I got on email is order confirmation.

If you go into My O2 and click on My orders, it should open up and you can take a sceenshot.

Otherwise follow this guide Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?    and when you get to

this part

You can click on My Documents and that will give you the info you need. Print off as a PDF.
