Resolved! Wifi Calling on Samsug s10e (Android 10)

I am not seeing the options for Calling over WiFi in my settings on my device, it is running O2 formware (SM-G870F_OTF_O2U_QQ_0018) and I believe that Wifi Calling has been anabed on my pay monthly account, does anyone have this working?

I can’t turn WiFi calling on on my iPhone X it refers me to o2 website which just gives instructions but phone won’t let me .Any body have any ideas or will I have to wait until this pandemic ends to speak to anybody
