I’m just trying to find out when my number will be ported to 02. I sent my PAC code when I ordered my phone and was told it would be today and I’m wondering what is the time frame for this, thanks in advance

Pacs and porting are taking longer then usual.

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
