Hi all! I really, really could use some help. I have 3 questions.
I currently pay the bill for my teenage sister. She is now 18. It says that I have £0 of device cost to pay off but my contact lasts until Feb 2021.
If I upgrade via o2 refresh, is there a way to change the name and account of the contract from me to my sister, seeing as it’s kind of a new contact to take out?
Or, is there any other way to change aside from cancelling (and incurring fees) and taking one out again?
So basically
• can I change the contract holder when upgrading on o2 refresh?
• is there another way to switch contract holder other than cancelling?
• how much are the fees to cancel contract if I’ve paid off the device and am only paying airtime plan?
An answer to any of those would be most appreciated, ESPECIALLY the first one as that is the most important question.
