Porting Issue (Split Port)

Hi community, please could someone help? I arranged to port out my o2 monthly number to Vodafone. 

 

Both are now active on the same number and some calls are being received on the o2 number and some on the Vodafone. 

 

Looks like the port is only partial.

If you have moved FROM o2 and onto Vodafone @LiamV then you need help from Vodafone customer services - they need to re-request the port as they are the receiving network...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

It looks like it has resolved this morning after posting. Porting occurred and should have completed yesterday but took time this morning until my o2 sim ceased all and calls, including those from other o2 customers came correctly to the new Vodafone sim. Thanks to those who were involved. Thread can be closed.
