So I have an issue - my phone was stolen, then I had to get a replacement SIM which worked for 24 hours and then stopped working this morning. I've been told to wait 24 hours again - which given I've been the victim of a crime has maybe made this process even mroe frustrating and stressful.. Has anyone else had the same thing happen?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

I went into the store and they tried give me a replacement sim as they said it may be faulty but they said I need to wait 24 hrs
