Phone mast down in my area

A mast is down in my area has been for 2 weeks now I'm on 2g and have no Internet can some 1 please tell me a rough idea on time scale as I get updates and doesn't say anything except tht we will b in touch in 7 days if we fix the problem it's ridclious

Keep using the app or Web status tool to report it daily, and you can hassle O2 on FB or Twitter daily until it gets the attention it deserves. 

O2 never give timeliness for mast repairs, especially where it's a shared site, @Sarah79.

You can report issues through the My Network app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network but they are aleardy aware of your issue and will be doing their best to fix it asap.

Hi, did your problem with the mast being down get resolved?

My husband and I are both with 02 and the mast is down in the West Derby area .

I just keep getting told by 02 to have Wifi calling on my phone so the hospital are able to ring me, but I still cannot receive incoming calls if I am not in wifi vicinity. 02 do not appear to be bothered!!
