For several months, after transferring my number from three to o2, I have had problems with the Internet. It started with the fact that I didn't have internet on my o2 card at all. After a few days, I visited the salon where they found that I had an old card and they replaced my SIM card with a new one. However, the Internet was very slow and pages did not load.
I returned to the salon and was told that work was currently underway in our area and the internet would be free, and that it would take a few days. After 2 weeks, nothing had changed, I asked my friends who had O2 and they had access to the Internet while I was in the same place.
Another visit to the salon, it was found that it was my phone's fault, so I went to Apple because I have an iPhone 14 pro. They checked it and found that the phone was working, they even put in another card and everything was fine.
I tried to contact the o2 line, but I did not receive any response.
After such a long time, I contacted Citizens Advice asking whether I can withdraw from the contract if the service provider does not meet the conditions - in this case, I cannot use the Internet for which I pay.
I pay over £65 a month and I can't use the internet outside the house. I was advised to contact O2 and ask for the final letter, but I did not receive a response a month before sending the email.
What can I do ? I don't want to pay such a sum and not be able to use the card. I want to leave o2 because of o2's fault for not fulfilling the contract. It is possible ?

Is this a new phone or the same phone you had with 3?
As it could be as simple as checking the APN settings on the phone, or doing a network reset on the iPhone, try ensuring the APN is set to either mobile.o2.co.uk or idata.o2.co.uk
Also the best thing to do is either call o2 on 0344 809 0202 from a different phone or just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
You can cancel by paying off the device plan or the remaining term on your airtime if on sim only... Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
