I just want to cancel my subscription and get a PAC code, spent half a day but cannot get one out of O2, always a different department or we'll call you back later with one, what happened to the 2 hours max to give me a code that ofcom says they should follow? Please help.

@Darrenjpem I'm not sure why you're having a nightmare, or why you felt the need to call, or why whoever you called didn't just tell you to text PAC to 65075.
There's a detailed guide here: PAC code, but the gist of it is to send a text and you'll have what you need. Give the PAC to your new provider and your account will be canceled. Make sure you leave your Direct Debit in place until you get a final bill.

I’m having a nightmare as well getting a PAC code - text service didn’t work, said contact us - I’ve tried that and spent hours on the phone, I’ve spoken to a supervisor and had the issue escalated but all I’ve got is my o2 number has been cancelled. Was made promises yesterday that they would reinstate my phone so I could text again and they haven’t done that either - absolutely pathetic service - it’s been 3 weeks now!!!!
