Can I request a discount please?my tariff is coming to an end and I can't afford the payments I'm not working at the moment.

You will need to ask o2, as this is a customer to customer community... it might also be worth looking at uswitch or moneysupermarket when your tariff ends to see what sim only deals are available..
When calling o2 dont expect a discount, just to set expectations.. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

You might want to look at uswitch and see if there is anything there you can upgrade to that is cheaper.

Looks like the Report option was taken, and coustomer [sic] services zapped the @Charlotte14 post,@madasaf1sh - actually I notice two independent users responding very similarly, @JohnBB99 and @Natasha_KOCHOSK 🤔
No way for me to tell if one is an alter-ego of the other 🤷
