Resolved! Switching to pay monthly

Hello, I have just activated a new rolling plan SIM card only deal. I can see on my O2 App, that I can upgrade to a Pay Monthly deal. Can you help set this up for me please. Thanks

Final bill refund

no signal on my phone

Hi, I've lost all O2 data signal from my android phone even though it shows 5G network connected. Can you help please? My monthly allocation is 150gb of data per month and I've only consumed 65 gb as of right now. Thanks,-mark
