Refresh tariffs arent meant to be paid online. Because the phone plan is a credit agreement, online payments USUALLY go towards the airtime, meaning youll have to call up and ask them to take what youve overpaid to the airtime, back to the phone plan. Ring and pay/Use direct debit.

How often do we see this happen? The direct debit is cancelled and then there are payment options.
Advice is always to set the dd back up. Saves all the hassle so you can go and enjoy your phone.
If you have to phone to pay it doesn't take long to her through to an o2 customer advisor on 202.
