I don't have the patience for the non UK call centre staffed by Martians, would there be a way to do it?

@MI5 Apparently it's all in hand, I put my Brother as a "Delegate" on my account because he's better at talking to Alien call centres than I am.

Didn't you have problems last month with payments?

Maybe bite the bullet and go Direct Debit?

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It all goes out direct debit anyway but the Bank are slow at making payments.

 

And despite specifically going to Virgin Money in Hillsborough like 2 months ago to pay off my device plan/airtime, O2 are still after me for 178 quid to pay it all off.

 

Madness.
