I was told in-store that my military discount would be added after my second month of payments; however, I have now found out that it has not been applied for my entire contract. I am now trying to set up O2 open however, it comes up with the error code 'sorry, there has been a problem'. Is there a way to reclaim my lost payments from the months of the contract, without a discount code, and receive the discount for the remainder of the contract?

You need to apply within the first 28 days.
